Shipping
All orders of $30 or more qualify for FREE UPS Ground shipping.
We currently ship via UPS only. UPS offers several other shipping
options in addition to Ground service including 3-Day, 2nd Day and Next
Day Air service. We do not markup shipping costs - whatever UPS charges us is what we charge you.
*Please note that we can not ship to Post Office boxes
because UPS will not deliver there, and all
items shipped may require an adult signature for delivery. We also
can not ship to APO/FPO addresses as UPS is unable to deliver there as
well.
International Shipping
minidisco
does its best to make sure international packages go through with no
delays or additional duties. Although it's pretty rare, our shipments
occasionally get stopped for inspection by the customs department of the
receiving country. If your shipment gets inspected by your country's
customs officials, you'll be responsible for paying any extra duties or
taxes associated with that shipment. It's REALLY expensive for us to have
a package returned from overseas. So, if you refuse to pay these duties,
we'll charge you for the return freight, the additional duties and a 15%
re-stocking fee. Ouch!
Delivery Time
Orders
placed before 1:00pm PST, Monday through Friday generally ship that same day. Please
remember that we are closed on weekends and USA national holidays, so
orders placed on Fridays after 1:00pm PST are shipped on Monday (the next
business day). Please note that UPS does not deliver on Saturday or
Sunday. Depending on the shipping service chosen, your order
will arrive in 1 to 6 business days. See
the map below for delivery time on UPS Ground shipping. In the rare event that an item is out of stock, you will be
notified immediately.

Sales Tax
If your shipping address is in California, you will automatically be charged
8.25% sales tax.
Orders shipped outside of CA are not taxed.

Payment
Options
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. You can also
pay by certified check or money order if you call and place your order by
phone. We do NOT accept
personal checks. We strongly
encourage you to pay by credit card for your own protection. It
is the safest and fastest method of payment.
No Early Credit Card Charges
When you order from minidisco, we do
not charge your
credit card until your order has been shipped.

Order Status
To check order status and
get tracking info, just
login to
your account and click on "See Orders". A list of all your
orders will appear with current status and tracking information if the
order has already shipped. You can click on the date for a
particular order to see more detailed information along with a clickable
link to track that shipment. Please note that it
may take up to one business day for your order tracking information to
become available online.

Return Policy - Satisfaction Guarantee
We are committed to making you a happy customer. If you are
unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can return it within 30
days for exchange or a full refund (excluding shipping charges)*. All
returns must be in original factory condition, including all packaging
materials, inserts, warranty cards (not filled out), manuals and all
accessories. Returned items that do not meet these requirements may be
subject to a restocking fee. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you
need to return an item, please contact us by phone or e-mail to request an
RA# (Return Authorization number). Orders returned without an RA# may be
refused.
Once we receive your RA request, we will e-mail you an RA# and detailed
instructions on how to return your items.

in which your personal information is used (and not used, as is often the
case). We do not share any personal information gathered online with
outside companies. You always have the choice of opting out of receiving
non-transaction related e-mail from us. You can do this at any time
